In one hour, you will experience the fascination of the Alpenhaus. – In addition to interesting facts about the origins and history of the Beelitz sanatoriums, you will learn how the building was destroyed and how nature still fills it with life today. Surprising testimonies from different eras and impressive rooms, which have also served as a backdrop for various film productions, await you.

Like in a time machine, you “travel” on the first floor of this building through the different eras from the imperial era to the present day.

  • Guided tour only possible in combination with a valid ticket for the park grounds with treetop path.
  • The public tour starts at the entrance to the building (south side of the Alpenhaus) – meeting point E.
  • The tour lasts one hour.
  • Without exception, a helmet must be worn during the tour.
  • The tour is not barrier-free.
  • There are no seating stations.
  • Participation in the tour is only possible from the age of 7. – In addition, children from the age of 7 and young people up to and including the age of 17 may only take part in the tour if accompanied by an adult.
  • Photography for private purposes is permitted.
  • Photo Shootings are not possible during the tour.
  • Dogs may not be taken on the tour.
  • The maximum group size is 30 people.
  • This tour can also be booked for private groups via gruppen@baumundzeit.de.
  • Private guided tours in English can be organized at short notice with a lead time of 1 week, other foreign languages (Russian, French and Spanish) on request.

 

 

  • Price: 12,50 € per person*
    *Participation in guided tours is only possible with an additional, valid admission ticket for the park grounds of BAUM & ZEIT with treetop path.
  • Duration of the tour: 60 minutes
  • The tour starts at the entrance to the building (south side of the Alpenhaus) – Meeting point E.
  • Please arrive at the respective meeting point approx. 10 minutes before the start of the guided tour. – If you arrive late at the meeting point for the guided tour, there is no entitlement to a refund or cancellation of the booked service.

  • Wearing a safety helmet is mandatory throughout the building during the tour. – Safety helmets are provided free of charge.
  • Maximum 30 participants. – Participation only possible from the age of 7. – Zudem ist die Children & adolescents (from 7 years) only permitted when accompanied by an adult.
  • The tour is not barrier-free.
  • Photography for private purposes is permitted. – Photo-Shootings are not possible during the tour.
  • Video recordings are only permitted with prior written consent.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the park grounds, on the treetop walk or during the guided tour.
  • This tour can be booked for private groups via gruppen@baumundzeit.de.
  • Private guided tours in English can be organized at short notice on request. Other foreign languages on request.

By car:

You can reach us via the A9 Berlin – Nuremberg motorway, exit 2 “Beelitz Heilstätten”, or the L88 minor road.

By train:

Take the RE 7 regional express train on the Berlin – Dessau line and get off at Beelitz Heilstätten station, then follow the signs for the “Baumkronenpfad” Beelitz Heilstätten. The entrance is about a five-minute walk away.
