BAUM & ZEIT DOORMAN-TOUR

A very special tour at very special times with a very special tour guide.

Join our porter Heinrich on a two-hour journey through time, starting at the time when the Beelitz sanatoriums were built and ending with the presentation of the BAUM & ZEIT project.

You will learn about and experience the everyday life of patients in Beelitz sanatoriums, hear history and stories from times gone by and at the same time gain an insight into the various unique sanatorium buildings.

At the end of the tour, you can take a brief look inside the surgery building and enjoy a little surprise from our porter…

As our porter – also in his choice of words – sometimes seems to have come from another time, 16 years is the minimum age for taking part in this tour.

 

  • Price: 29,00 €  per person*
    *Participation in guided tours is only possible with an additional, valid admission ticket for the park grounds of BAUM & ZEIT with treetop path.
  • Duration of the tour: 120 minutes
  • Meeting point A – Gatehouse.
  • Please arrive at the respective meeting point approx. 10 minutes before the start of the guided tour. – If you arrive late at the meeting point for the guided tour, there is no entitlement to a refund or cancellation of the booked service.
  • Wearing a safety helmet is mandatory throughout the building during the tour. – Safety helmets are provided free of charge.
  • Maximum of 30 participants. – Participation only possible from the age of 16.
  • The tour is not barrier-free.
  • Photography for private purposes is permitted. – Foto-Photo shoots are not possible during the tour.
  • Video recordings are only permitted with prior written consent.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the park grounds, on the treetop path and during the guided tour.
  • This tour can be booked for private groups via gruppen@baumundzeit.de.

By car:

Road to Fichtenwalde 13, 14547 Beelitz-Heilstätten

You can reach us via the A9  Berlin – Nürnberg departure 2 „Beelitz-Heilstätten“, or the Landesstraße 88. Parking lot 2 is open in winter.

By train:

You take the Regionalbahn Line 7 the route Berlin – Dessau, Get off at Beelitz – Heilstätten station and follow the signs for the Beelitz Heilstätten treetop walk (Baumkronenpfad). After a 5-minute walk you will reach the entrance at the “Pförtnerhaus” (gatehouse)
